Let’s fast forward to the 19th century. It was in 1863 when Abraham Lincoln quoted Wycliffe in his Gettysburg Address. Lincoln correctly understood that the American nation was “conceived in Liberty and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.” America had a government that was of, by, and for the people, not a government of, by, and for the elite as has generally been the case nearly everywhere and at all times.
And though Lincoln didn’t say it explicitly, the source of that liberty, the source of the American republic, a government of, by, and for the people was the Word of God freed from the shackles of Rome by men such as Wycliffe, Luther, and Calvin.
But even in Lincoln’s day, America was beginning to lose its Protestant heritage, which was the source of its liberty. Not only were Protestant churches themselves beginning to go apostate, but the Roman Church-State was rapidly growing in numbers and power in the United States. During the decades leading up to the Civil War and in the decades after, numerous American Christian authors warned of Rome’s growing influence in the United States, but nothing was done to effectively check Rome’s growing power.
One 19th-century witness to Rome’s growing power was Charles Chiniquy. Chiniquy, a French-Canadian immigrant and Roman Catholic priest left Rome to become a Presbyterian minister. Chiniquy, a friend and admirer of Lincoln’s, was famous as an author, his best-known work being Fifty Years in the Church of Rome. In that book, Chiniquy referred to Lincoln’s killer, John Wilkes Booth, as “the Jesuit assassin.”
Fast forward another 155 years to 2020. That year’s presidential election featured incumbent Republican and Presbyterian Donald J. Trump against Roman Catholic Joe Biden. In what was the most obvious case of election fraud this author has personally witnessed, Joe Biden, a man with significant Jesuit connections, won the White House. Now, this same Jesuit-influenced Joe Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) has aggressively pursued Donald Trump, with the first of what may prove to be multiple indictments.
This raises the question, are the Jesuits, using the Biden Regime, seeking to remove another president whose views they don’t like? Donald Trump has been seen as a threat by the American establishment since he announced his campaign for president in 2015. As the recently released Durham Report conclusively shows, the Russiagate investigation into Trump was a hoax from the beginning. As legal commentator Jonathan Turley noted, “John Durham concluded that the Trump-Russia investigation was launched without a required minimal level of evidence and shattered a host of departmental standards. The Justice Department – as well as the media that covered it – effectively shut down a duly elected presidency, based on what turned out to be a politically engineered hoax.”
Some commentators are of the view that the lawfare being waged against Trump is the American establishment sending the message to other politicians, “You work for us, so don’t even think about trying to represent the interests of the American people.” In other words, the American establishment has essentially the same point of view as the Romanists and their royalist supporters in John Wycliffe’s day, they all believe in the government of the elite, by the elite, and for the elite. But one of the political implications of the Bible is, as Wycliffe correctly noted, the government of the people, by the people, and for the people, a view that Donald Trump holds as well.
We find ourselves at a historic crossroads in American history. Those people who rigged the elections in 2020 and in 2022, those people who continue to sell out our nation and our Constitution to the globalists, and those public officials who steadfastly refuse to obey their oath to the Constitution, must be held accountable. They must be punished. This includes Joe Biden and all those who have brought this nation to the brink of ruin.
From where I sit today, things look bleak for the survival of the American republic. The bad guys have all the material advantages. They have the press, they have the Senate and the White House, they have the law schools, the universities, the corporations, and most of social media. They have the money. I myself have been astonished at their ability to develop and control narratives.
But there’s one thing they don’t have. And what they don’t have is the truth.
That’s a problem for them. And they know it. That explains their desperation to crush Trump and his supporters.
The next year-and-a-half is going to be for all the marbles. If the Jesuits and deep staters succeed in their plot to eliminate Trump, the American republic, the government of, by, and for the people, is done for. May the Lord have mercy on his people in America and deny these evildoers the victory they so desperately crave. Long live liberty. Long live our republic.

Hi Steve, don’t forget it was Donald Trump who signed three executive orders in March 2020 which started all of the covid tyranny. He is not for liberty, in our opinion, but is just another globalist. He was a life-long Democrat until he decided to run for president. He is pro-abortion, pro-LBGT and called all of us non-elites, non-essential. He also did the “warp-speed” travesty with the shots. We see him in a very different light and do not consider him to be for freedom, our Constitution, nor for biblical Christianity. He is not a godly or wise man by any means.
Trump’s not a perfect guy, and it isn’t my aim to defend everything he has said or done. But he is right about some very important issues and he’s the one guy who terrifies the globalists who are destroying this nation. IMO, he’s the one candidate who may be able to bring them to justice.
But Steve, do you remember what he said he’d do with H. Clinton if he were elected? The globalists aren’t afraid of him, his is one of their puppets. He and Biden are two bookends, playing each ‘side’ to get to the same totalitarian middle. He may say some right things, like he did before he was elected, but he doesn’t honor his word. He is a very ungodly man and has proven himself to be an enemy of our Constitution, not a defender of it. He issued the first unconstitutional executive order against the 2nd amendment. One of his attorneys when he was president said of him that he is a “deeply wounded narcissist” and “incapable of acting other than in his perceived self-interest or for revenge”. I do not understand why Christian people wish to defend and promote this wicked man. His character is no better than Joe Biden. Trump’s wife is out there openly promoting sexual deviancy to help him get elected, And she is Roman Catholic.
I don’t agree that Biden and Trump are both equally dupes of the globalists. If they were, they why would they be trying to throw Trump in jail forever on more bogus charges while the obvious corruption of Joe Biden is swept under the rug? if Trump and Biden are working for the same team, why was the election rigged for Biden and against Trump in 2020? Trump is a flawed individual, and his flaws are not hard to find. But he has gotten some very important big picture items right. He’s against endless foreign wars and was successful in not starting any new ones during his term in office. I suspect the main reason he was removed from office by the deep state was his desire to normalize relations with Russia. He is against flooding our nation with millions of illegal aliens and had some substantial success in stopping the influx despite massive opposition. Donald Trump is against liberty destroying agreements such as the Paris Climate Accord. Donald Trump pushed back on the Pope when Antichrist tried to lecture him about immigration. Yes, his wife is a Catholic, but I’ve never seen any American politician tell the Pope to get lost. That’s not a small thing.
And he’s also a serial-adulterer.
They’re doing all of this with Trump to get his base worked up, and because they’re all like the mob, in the same business but at each others’ throats. It’s the age-old game of pitting one group against another. Anything he did that may have appeared “good” regarding immigration was a smoke screen. The wall he was supposed to build was a joke. He does a little here and there, always with loopholes so that things can be changed at a later date. Yes, he started no new wars, but he didn’t end the ones we were/are in. Why didn’t he pull out of Afghanistan when he was president? Telling Antichrist to get lost is because he’s such a narcissist that he cannot tolerate anyone telling him what to do (publicly). Regarding his present legal issues, what’s going on now is legitimate. He did commit crimes according to Andrew Napolitano and other legal minds who have read the indictment; even those who are his supporters. We know God’s judgment is on this wicked nation and he’s giving us the leaders we deserve, including Trump. I’m sorry to have to disagree with you so strenuously on this, because you are a brother in Christ, but for you to defend a man such as this is surprising to me. I won’t comment about this any more. 🙂
Fair enough. We’ll have to disagree. I do not agree that Trump’s record on immigration was a smokescreen. His administration had some tremendous wins in spite of nonstop opposition from every quarter. On the other hand, the Biden Regime is actively committing immigration treason by standing down and inviting millions of welfare migrants into this nation. But most importantly, Trump is the only candidate who is in a position to hold the election fraudsters from 2020 accountable. The rest of the GOP candidates would have us go on as if there nothing at all suspicious went on in 2020 and 2022. If the Democrats stole those elections and get away with it, they will steal every subsequent election as well, and that is the end of our republic. Trump, IMO, is the only one with the incentive to rooting these people out, both the Dems and the corrupt Republicans.
