With that caveat, the national press has put on a remarkable full-court press of propaganda for Kamala Harris. It wasn’t that long ago that she was a wildly (and deservedly) unpopular vice president. Now, at least if we’re to believe the press, she’s the most remarkable of all presidential aspirants ever. With that in mind, is it a big stretch to believe that the party of rum, Romanism, and rebellion[1] would conspire with the media/deep state complex to rig polling in favor of Harris?
That said, some commentators agree that the Dems will replace Harris at the convention. For example, Todd Starnes posted on X[2] that the Washington Post editorial board slammed Harris’s economic speech.[3] According to the Post’s editorial board, “Instead of delivering a substantial plan, she squandered the moment on populist gimmicks.” The Washington Post has long been considered a CIA mouthpiece. If the paper talked this way, it suggests significant unease with Harris (as there should be) among the deep state’s decision-makers.
Earlier this year, Paul Craig Roberts suggested a scenario[4] in which Biden would be moved aside as president, and Kamala would take over and name Hillary Clinton vice president. Then Kamala would resign, leaving Hillary in charge. As things have played out, this scenario seems unlikely since Biden is still in office and Kamala has chosen a running mate. But that doesn’t eliminate the possibility that Hillary Clinton could somehow worm her way onto the Democrat presidential ticket.
Another guy I follow on X, Ed Dowd, has also argued that the Democrats will pull a swap at the convention, removing Harris and replacing her with someone else.[5] My sense is that it would be very difficult for the Democrats to make a switch at this point and that Harris will be the nominee. But if Harris is replaced, my best guess is that she would be replaced by Hillary Clinton.
One thing that I absolutely must mention about Harris’s campaign is that it simply should not exist at all. Not because she’s a terrible candidate with terrible ideas, which she is. But for the more basic fact that she is a woman, and, to quote John Knox,
To promote a woman to bear rule, superiority, dominion, or empire above any realm, nation, or city, is repugnant to nature, contumelious to God, a thing most contrary to his revealed will and approved ordinance, and finally it is the subversion of good order, and of all equity and justice….[6]
By advancing Kamal Harris as its presidential nominee, the Democrat party is promoting a position that is repugnant to nature, contumelious to God, a thing most contrary to his revealed will and approved ordinance, and subversive of good order and all equity and justice.
Since I cannot improve John Knox’s statement, I’ll leave it without further comment.
Monkey Pox
Are the Branch Covidians ready to make a comeback along with masks, forced vaxes, and lockdowns? If WHO Director-General Tedros Ghebreyesus has his way, it certainly looks that way.
On 8/14, Tedros declared a public health emergency due to “the upsurge of mpox in the Democratic Republic of the Congo” and some other countries.[7]
Some of us have been waiting for Covid 2.0, thinking that it would be a perfect way for the Vaticanite globalists to, among other things, get their preferred candidate into the White House. They used the Covid scamdemic in 2020 to get their fraudulent ballot drop boxes in place and cheat the Roman Catholic Joe Biden into office. Maybe we’re in for a replay of that tactic in 2024.
War in the Middle East
Israel, “Our greatest ally,” has gone into overdrive with its plan to get us into a war with Iran on their behalf. But far from being our greatest ally, Israel is not an ally at all. The term “ally” is reserved for a nation with which the United States has a defense treaty. However, no such treaty exists between Israel and the United States. Not only is Israel not our greatest ally, but it is also not an ally at all.
Far from being an ally, Israel is a strategic liability for the United States, pulling us into conflicts with Iran and other nations in the Middle East in support of its unbiblical and violent Zionist policies with zero corresponding benefits to the American people.
According to analyst Philip Giraldi, Israel is about to launch a regional war in the Middle East with a focus on crippling Iran, and the US has pledged to defend the Jewish state even if it starts the conflict.[8] Giraldi posted on X that Senator Lindsey Graham – one of the biggest Zionists in Congress – has introduced Senate Bill SJ106, “which authorizes in advance war with Iran even if Iran does nothing to provoke it.”
This is an example of the neoconservative[9] doctrine of preventative war, the idea of launching a war “to destroy the potential threat of the targeted party, when an attack by that party is not imminent or known to be planned.”[10] Such mystic thinking is contrary to the Bible. Nowhere does it sanction the idea that one nation has the right to attack another nation to prevent some supposed future attack. There is no possible way to know in advance what another nation is going to do. And those who base their decision to go to war on what they think another nation will do at some point in the future have more in common with cult leaders than they do with America’s founding fathers.
According to one report, 1/3 of the US Navy is now deployed to the Middle East to protect Israel from its aggression and threats of aggression toward Iran and Hezbollah. Were America’s political leadership not nearly all in the pocket or in fear of the Israel lobby, this would never be possible. Israel’s aggression toward its neighbors is possible only because the US military stands ready to keep Israel from being paid back in kind by the enemies.
[1] In 1884, Presbyterian minister Samuel D. Burchard famously referred to the Democrats as the “party whose antecedents have been rum, Romanism, and rebellion.” Many have scolded him for these comments over the past 140 years. However, his assessment seems to have been accurate then and perhaps even more on target in 2024. The Democrat party has historically been one of the principal channels the Roman Church-State has used to inject political Romanism into the American body politic. Examples of political Romanism include the welfare state, the deep state/surveillance state, globalism, and mass welfare migration of both the legal and illegal variety.

This is the Trinity Foundation’s edition of Knox’s essay “The First Blast of the Trumpet Against the Monstrous Regiment of Women.” The title may confuse 21st-century English speakers as Knox used the terms “monstrous” and “regiment” in an archaic sense. “Monstrous” in this context means “unnatural,” and “regiment” means “government.” Knox argued that it was unnatural for the sword of civil government to be wielded by women and made a devastating argument for his position from the Scriptures.
