When one surveys the Western world in 2023, he finds a most amazing phenomenon: with one exception, all the governments of the West express open hatred for their own people and are actively attempting to destroy them.
I covered this topic in my recent post “The Trouble with Scotland.” Here in America, the Biden Regime demonstrates its hatred for ordinary Americans in any number of ways, but perhaps in no way more dramatically than its treasonous border policies that have resulted in millions of illegal aliens pouring across our southern border with Mexico.
What is more, it doesn’t seem to matter at all what the people of the West actually want or whom they vote for. Just last year, newly elected Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, who ran on a platform of immigration control, has seen migration across the Mediterranean double in the past nine months and recently granted work permits to 425k non-EU workers. The conservative government of Great Britain has done nothing to halt the flow of welfare migrants coming across the Channel.
I mentioned above that there is one exception to the migration madness that’s overtaken the West. That exception is a man I’ve mentioned before in this space, Hungary’s Viktor Orban.

Hi Steve, did you hear that our gov’t is letting children with TB into the country now? We were told to lockdown, get the shot and ‘mask up’ for the plandemic, but now they are letting people with TB into our country. This (amongst other things) shows how phony “public health” concerns are. Antichrist has succeeded here with his border policies. Our state (Ca) is overrun with illegals. There are homeless people everywhere – they line the freeways and bike paths with their tent cities. God’s judgment is upon this wicked nation. I pray that our Lord protects all of us who are His and that he comes quickly. Hungary is blessed to have Orban. I thought that that country was mostly RC.
I hadn’t heard specifically about TB but that’s not surprising given the evil of the Biden Regime. The Biden Regime, as are the governments of all Western nations save that of Hungary, is at war with its own people and actively attempting to destroy them. I’ve read about how bad it is in CA. Gavin Newsom is a Jesuit trained subverted and someone who appears poised to possibly succeed Biden. He likely will be worse than Biden. Yes, may the Lord have mercy on his people. Hungary is substantially Catholic. But Protestantism has a long history in that part of the world dating back to the time of Jan Huss.
Yes, Newsom is awful and I agree that he wants to become president. He graduated from Santa Clara University which is a Jesuit school (along with Janet Napolitano, Jerry Brown and Leon Panetta). It’s wonderful how the Lord used John Wycliff to spread the truth throughout Europe before the Reformation. By the Lord’s grace, he bravely withstood popery all on his own practically. May the Lord’s people be as brave in our time.
